I am going to get back on track… my health is on the mend and with CPAP and getting on top of my hypothyroidism I will begin to start again, and today I have also committed to getting back on track with my meditation. I have bought the Calm app for another year and with the CPAP working it should mean I can get back to waking at 5am fully rested and good to get up, get showered and focus on doing the work that I need to.

I do want to see what Craft V3 has to offer as an app, but I think ultimately I need to just focus on using the Apple ecosystem apps of Notes, Reminders, Mail and Calendar. They are after all simple and don’t really need to commit to spending time setting things up, they are just there on every device and it’s really simple.

Let’s get my sleep cracked, back up and meditating daily and soon I will get back to exercising at least twice per week as before with Apple Fitness + (another Apple app)

Let’s get back to being the old me, but this time even better than before
