Sleep Apnoea diagnosis by I assume some type of sleep testing and then hopefully a CPAP machine. All the family will be happy and sleep much better 🙏🏻🤞🏻
My Life O/S
I have to implement my rules of working: Live and Plan by my diary
- 30 minute timed work chunks
- 30 minutes minimum rest at lunchtime
- Exercise at least 20 minutes 2 times per week (not including walking)
- Journal daily (weekdays)
- Meditate
- Relax more
- And Plan work into my diary (Sunday evenings and Daily)
- I can't keep on having emails and what's app open all day and I need to have work planned in for the start of the day and not check on what is coming in until about 12pm and then again at say 3pm. Any work that comes in today will only be scheduled in for at the earliest work the following day i.e if Jeremy messages me to do a quote I will only do it the following day at the earliest. I cannot any longer drop everything to do something for someone
- I also need to remember, that trying to work early mornings and then into the evening just doesn’t work for me... I need to be in bed around about 9pm to get the sleep my brain and body needs.
- Daytime is for doing either 3 creative work or client work, I can make notes and do personal research etc in the evenings on my time, I need to maximise my daytimes to do client work
- 9PM is Bedtime
- My life is kind of simple and simple is much easier that not simple
