Volume goes from 700 at 14:24ET to 45.11K at 14:45ET and dropping 2.44 (3.47%) in 1 minute and continues on a massive slide down.
Only problem is…
Announcement for the CRL was at 15:04ET.
Hard to see how that’s anything else except blatant insider trading.
Only other data source I’m seeing is OpenFDA. Them publishing early Is only reason I can think of It not being insider trading?
