- Meetings are to talk about the program and the goal is to come up with a mentoring team—4 mentors for each mentee. - One is designated as “lead”. - 3 times per year meetings - The hope is that there are as needed discussions - Often times there are - None of the mentors can be from my division—a “safe place” - Can include people from outside the institution - The mentors don’t all have to be older; peer mentors are OK.Vicki Jackson Peter Fagenholz?
