ideas about second brain in apple notes similar to notion

convert the imported folder (normally would be databases) into smart folders

this way i can easily find master databases via hashtags or with the smart folder, which makes sense because different notes can be for different projects or areas but example all youtube videos are from the media database (or #mediavault smart folder)

then i just found out that apple notes can link notes unidirectionally for now, meaning in terms of notion, a relation.

if i were to follow my notion ppv set up, notes can then be related to projects or knowledge management areas as well.

however since right now it’s only unidirectional, i would prioritise linking notes to projects or areas (able to link multiple), and leaving databases to just the smart folder feature.

maybe when there’s bi directional then i can start thinking about it.

right now im also trying to figure out a system (para/ppv?) to really organise all my apps, mainly apple notes, notion and files/gdrive.

because notion is on ppv, however can’t really see it as a file management system especially for apple notes, this may be tough.

have to think about it again but right now para seems to work well with notes, or file management. however i dont want to change my notion to para as there is still that issue that i faced when i first started trying it out, about where notes would go to if it appears as a project/area/resources simultaneously and i dont want to put it wrongly and fail to retrieve it in context when the time comes.

have to think a little more
