I am more than happy to assist with anything you might need during your time here. We can arrange everything from pre-arrival grocery shopping to in home massage, private chef services, rentals, excursions, recommendations, and more! Please note, we charge a ten percent concierge fee for all services that are arranged on your behalf. This fee allows us to do all the planning and coordinating while you enjoy your time here.
Pre-Arrival Grocery Shop What better way to start your vacation than a fully stocked kitchen with all your favorites! You can view our grocery list here. If you wish to use this service, please save the form to your desktop. Open the form from your desktop, fill out the list, return it with as much detail as possible (brands, organic vs. non-organic, descriptions, etc.). We will do the rest! $50/hour, the cost of groceries plus our ten percent concierge fee.
In-Home Massage Luxury River Retreat has an amazing massage room for you to enjoy! We can arrange to have therapists come to you for a relaxing massage in your home. $190/hour. $240/90 minutes. To book a massage, please provide the date and time you would like your massage as well as your massage preference (60 min. vs. 90 min, deep tissue, Swedish, etc., male vs. female massage therapist).
Personal Chefs We work with the finest chefs in the area to create a unique dinner for you and your family. Leave the cooking and cleaning to the chef! You can view our chefs sample menus here, Book A Personal Chef | Tahoe Luxury Properties. Our chefs also offer a "drop off" option, cooking classes and wine pairing menus as well. Private chef dinners can range anywhere from $150 -$350 per person, plus a server fee if necessary and tax.

Boat Charter There are many options when it comes to boating on Lake Tahoe!! Everything from wakesport charters to a power catamaran to sail boats or a classic wooden boat! A few questions to get the ball rolling here... Are you looking for a full day on the water, a half day or just a few hours?

Birthday Decorations Let's chat about this one a bit!! Do you have something in mind? We have done everything from simple balloons and banners to elaborate balloon arches and photobooths! We can also arrange for a cake or other special treats at the home. You name it!
